Singer-songwriter Casey Bolles is releasing an EP titled Manhattan. The EP will compromise of three cover songs, including a cover of the 1975’s song “Chocolate” – available to listen to now on AltPress.com. Manhattan is due to drop on January 22 2016 via Pure Noise Records, and the track list can be viewed below.
“I wanted to release this cover EP while I’m writing my first LP. I had a lot of fun recording these songs for a couple days with my good friend (and the producer of my first EP Freshman), Jay Zubricky in my hometown, Buffalo. Manhattan is a series of covers that Jay and I recorded over the summer, with artwork by another friend of mine, Chelsea Beck. This EP sounds different from anything I’ve done before and from what I plan to do, so I hope people enjoy this departure from my original music.”

Manhattan is a follow up to Bolles’ 2015 acoustic EP, Freshman, where his “quirky style and honest delivery” made him a rock star in the indie scene. That record can be streamed now on YouTube and bought at MerchNow.
